How many sessions will I need?

The duration of counselling will be negotiated between us. Some people/couples will have just a few sessions, while others will have long term therapy. This is very individual and it depends on the situation and on the presenting issues.

Where can I see you?

For face to face appointments I see clients in the Haslemere and Godalming areas in Surrey, or alternatively, we can work together online or over the telephone.

How much does it cost?

Sessions with individuals are 50 minutes long - £65.

 

Sessions wit couples are 60 minutes long - £85.

Payment is to be made via bank transfer. I may charge the full fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

What happens next?

I offer a free 15 minute initial meeting, online or over the phone, during which you can raise any questions you have.

This is also an opportunity for you to tell me a little about what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to get from our time together. We can then both decide whether I am the right person to help you.
